This is the best meatloaf you will ever eat. Sweet and tangy and the leftovers make the best sandwiches ever. The ingredient list looks long, but its easy to make.
3 beaten eggs
1/2 cup crushed butter crackers
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup grated Parmesan (I use fresh but any will work)
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground turkey
1 pound ground sausage
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Combine all meatloaf ingredients in large bowl until well mixed and form into loaves (I make 12 individual loaves from this mix that serve 1 person each but you can make them larger)
Place loaves in two 9×13 inch baking dishes
3. In a bowl combine sauce ingredients and mix well then spoon over each loaf.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-50 minutes until done. Optionally in the last ten minutes you can sprinkle with some more Parmesan.
That’s all there is to it and they will be a beautiful delicious meat loaf individual servings. There are only 5 of us, but I learned long ago to make 12 of these as the sandwiches they make are fantastic and meatloaf is always better as a leftover.

Wow, this is an amazing resource for those who mix drinks (mixologists) or just those who like to imbibe (me!) You can search by name, ingredient, or category of drinks and learn all kinds of stuff about drinks and how to make them.
There are two parts of the pig that the internet loves. Bacon and the somewhat pork related and somehow rib-like McRib. Why do we love the McRib? The McRib is not made from ribs; heck, some would argue it’s not even food, yet the McDonald’s sandwich has inspired intense loyalty and a bizarre mystique.
Our strange passion is stoked by the fact that the boneless pork rib-shaped patty is only available for brief periods, and then only at certain locations. Fans will drive hundreds of miles and buy them by the sackfulls, yet McDonalds continues to make it a non menu item only available at special times.
Capitalizing on the underground McRib movement, McDonald’s is announcing a full-scale return of the McRib November 2nd for the first time in 16 years…but be sure to hurry and get all the McRibs you can, the campaign is only six weeks long.
I wonder how well they freeze?
