Amazing Individual Meatloafs
This is the best meatloaf you will ever eat. Sweet and tangy and the leftovers make the best sandwiches ever. The ingredient list looks long, but its easy to make.
Ingredients:
Meatloaf
3 beaten eggs
1/2 cup crushed butter crackers
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup grated Parmesan (I use fresh but any will work)
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground turkey
1 pound ground sausage
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Combine all meatloaf ingredients in large bowl until well mixed and form into loaves (I make 12 individual loaves from this mix that serve 1 person each but you can make them larger)
Place loaves in two 9×13 inch baking dishes
3. In a bowl combine sauce ingredients and mix well then spoon over each loaf.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-50 minutes until done. Optionally in the last ten minutes you can sprinkle with some more Parmesan.
That’s all there is to it and they will be a beautiful delicious meat loaf individual servings. There are only 5 of us, but I learned long ago to make 12 of these as the sandwiches they make are fantastic and meatloaf is always better as a leftover.
